What We Check

Refrigerant levels, coil cleaning, capacitor test, thermostat calibration, drain line flush, filter check, and full system operation test.
Heating Check
Heat exchanger inspection, burner cleaning, ignition test, flue inspection, filter replacement, thermostat calibration, and carbon monoxide check.
Safety
Carbon monoxide, heat exchanger cracks, electrical connections, and refrigerant leaks — the things that can become safety issues if left unchecked.
