Tennessee Air Pros provides residential and light commercial HVAC services including repair, installation, maintenance, and indoor air quality services in Middle Tennessee. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
All estimates and quotes provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you of any changes before performing additional work. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed upfront before any work begins.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
We stand behind our work. If you experience an issue related to work we performed, contact us and we will return to address it at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe. This guarantee applies to labor only and does not cover manufacturer defects in parts or equipment, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
New equipment and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide warranty documentation at the time of installation upon request.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property and HVAC equipment for our technicians. You are responsible for ensuring that any known hazards on the property are disclosed prior to service.
Tennessee Air Pros is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
