Heat that will not come on, or comes on and blows cool, can come from ignition, flame sensing, a control board, a blower, or on a heat pump from the reversing valve or the charge. A diagnostic visit is what tells us which.

What we do not work on
No boilers, no radiant heat, no geothermal. If that is what you have, we are not the right call and we will say so rather than taking the visit.
Common questions
Why is my heater blowing cool air?
On a furnace it often points at ignition or flame sensing. On a heat pump it can be normal during a defrost cycle, or a sign of a charge or reversing valve problem. An inspection separates them.
Do you work on boilers?
No. We do not work on boilers, radiant heat or geothermal systems.
What does heating repair cost?
A $139 diagnostic visit to start, waived when you book the repair. The repair itself is quoted before we begin.
Should I replace my furnace and AC at the same time?
Sometimes. It depends on the age and condition of both and whether matching the equipment gives you a better result. We will walk through it rather than assuming.
