We aim to keep the information here accurate. Prices shown as ranges are typical figures, not quotes. Final scope and price for any work are confirmed after an assessment of your home and agreed with you before work begins.

Sending a request through this site is a request for service. It is not a confirmed appointment and does not create an agreement for work. We will contact you to discuss availability and agree what happens next.
Guidance on this site
The guides explain what symptoms commonly mean. They are general information, not instructions for working on HVAC equipment, and they are not a substitute for having a system assessed. Refrigerant circuits and electrical components are not suitable for homeowner work.
Scope of work
We work on residential systems only. We do not work on commercial HVAC, rooftop units, boilers, radiant heat, geothermal systems, plumbing or water heaters.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not set out the terms of any work we carry out for you. Workmanship, warranty and service agreement terms are separate, are agreed in writing, and take precedence over anything on this page for work actually performed.
