What is included

  • Two tune-ups every year. Included in the plan rather than charged separately.
  • 15% off repairs. Applied to repair work while your plan is active.
  • Free diagnostic calls. The $139 diagnostic fee does not apply to plan members.

Those three things are what the plan includes. We are not going to list benefits here that have not been confirmed.

Why maintenance is worth scheduling

Most of what goes wrong with an HVAC system gives some warning first. A capacitor that is drifting out of specification, a contactor with pitted contacts, a coil steadily loading up with dirt, a refrigerant charge that has been slowly dropping. These are all findable while the system is still running.

The alternative is finding out on the first genuinely hot week of the year, at the same moment as everyone else in the area.

What a tune-up visit involves

A tune-up is a scheduled inspection and service of the system rather than a repair visit. We are looking at the condition of the equipment, the electrical components, the coils, the charge and the airflow, and flagging anything that looks like it is heading toward a failure.

If we find something that needs repair, we explain it and price it before doing anything, exactly as we would on any other visit. Plan members get 15% off that work.

What we still need to confirm

We would rather tell you what is not yet settled than quietly imply an answer. The following are being confirmed and are not currently part of what we advertise: whether the plan covers a home or a single system, renewal terms, and scheduling rules. Ask us and we will give you a straight answer.

Joining

Get in touch and ask about the Comfort Club. Enquiring is a request rather than an enrolment, so we will talk through the terms with you before anything is set up.
