The equipment is only half of it
A correctly sized system still depends on the ducts to get conditioned air where it is needed. Leaking, crushed, disconnected or poorly laid out duct means you paid to condition air that never arrived.
This is why a room that is always too warm is not automatically an equipment problem, and why replacing a system without looking at the ducts sometimes disappoints people.
What we do
- Ductwork Repair for damaged, disconnected or leaking runs.
- Ductwork Redesign where the layout itself is the problem rather than its condition.
- Ductwork Replacement where repair is no longer the sensible route.
Signs worth an assessment
- One or two rooms that never reach the temperature the rest of the house does.
- Weak airflow at the registers no matter the fan setting.
- Rooms over a garage, in additions, or at the end of long runs that never behaved.
- Visible damage or disconnection where duct is accessible in an attic or crawl space.
We will not diagnose a duct system from a description. Duct problems are specific to the house and need looking at.
What it costs
Duct repair and redesign is priced after an assessment. That range does not cover a full duct replacement, which is a larger job priced after an assessment. See pricing.
What we do not offer
We do not currently advertise duct cleaning, air purification, humidifiers or dehumidifiers. If that is what you are after, we are not the right call today.
